Our Process

- From concept drawings to production ready artwork we present at your request
- If required we can also liaise with the factory during the production process and review production samples prior to full production being approved
Our I.T. Services
- Our IT Services are part of the Studio-1 service package. They ensure efficiency, speed and accessibility, and are all secure and confidential. These services are free & include:
- Web Gallery
- Each of our clients has access to their own web gallery which allows for downloads of our graphics no matter how large the file size
- Each web gallery has its own secure login and password – this ensures the gallery is free from theft and corruption
- This service saves time with delivery so that you and your factories can download the production files
- FTP Site
- This option allows our clients to log into our server and retrieve artwork files. It can be used for uploads and downloads.
- Should the internet drop out during a retrieval, you are able to log back in and commence the process from where you left off, therefore reducing time
- Each client is provided with a secure login and password
- Backup
- All of our files are backed up and kept both on and off site with separate back up systems. This ensures all artwork is safe from theft, fire, hard drive failure or user error
